Is there anything I can do to prevent these emails being sent to spam? It's only a matter of time before an important email is missed because microsoft decided to send it to junk. The inconsistent nature of what it filters is making it very difficult to diagnose since it seems the same email can be sent to 4 different people and only one gets filtered. All the records for my spam filter are correct as far as I can tell. Running a message trace on the emails in question reveals ": domain of ***.com does not designate as permitted sender". The emails go through our external spam filter with no issue and don't get marked until reaching O365.
